MFP: What was your first paid gig as a model?

Luke: You Magazine 2012.

MFP: What is the meaning of “Good Taste” to you?

Luke: To be are aware of your own style and know how to express it.

MFP: What is your favorite clothing style? 

Luke: Honestly, jeans and a t shirt. If the print’s funny that’s a bonus. 

MFP: 3 things that you can’t live without?

Luke: Good food, exercise and movies.

MFP: What do you love about Los Angeles?

Luke: Laid back energy.

MFP: Do you have any strategies in running your social media platforms?

Luke: I try to show my personality and keep it real and organic.

MFP: As a model, do you think it is important to have a lot of followers on Instagram to get gigs?

Luke: Yes. It’s undeniably become a big part of the industry.

MFP: What is your exercise routine/type? Also, to keep healthy, what types of food do you eat?

Luke: I exercise at least one hour a day. Mixing up callisthenics, cardio and weight training. Sometimes a bit of yoga. Variety is important to maintain all round functionality. 

Food-wise protein and healthy carbohydrates are obviously important, but eating a lot of veggies is crucial to keep everything moving. Cheat days are also important to me. I love to eat and wouldn’t sacrifice that.

MFP: If you weren't a model, what will you be doing?

Luke: Probably doing music. I play 3 instruments, but I’d be pursuing it as a career.

MFP: What’s next for Luke? Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Luke: Performing. Acting, music, stand up. Something in front of people — I love to entertain.
